From Gary

Hi everyone. What a you yo-yo spring. Good Friday hit 23=23 and sunny. Saturday stopped raining in the afternoon so we had the Easter egg hunt for the grandchildren outside. It was 10. Monday we woke up to 3” snow. It’s finally gone and the lawn is starting to turn green. Apparently the local sap production is more than double what is normal. Take care and stay safe everyone.

From Doug

In some ways this week has been a little bit easier for me than usual because Sherry is here. She flew in on Tuesday and leaves this coming Monday. She’s been coming out about 4 time per year since Sue was diagnosed. Its hard on her to be here, seeing Sue the way she is. Sue is not friendly or kind or considerate. Those traits no longer exist. When Sherry is here I can partially let my guard down a bit but just a bit. For a few days there is another pair of eyes to keep and eye on Sue and someone besides me to distract her as needed and for that I’m grateful.

There was one more song in our recording endeavors that we were able to finish. This one was done by the Eagles and is called ‘Seven Bridges Road’. Any band or group that I’ve ever seen do this song puts in multiple harmony parts. We have only our 2 voices so the song can’t have the power and sound you might be expecting but we do our best. So, here is Jane and my version of this song. Enjoy.
