Forest Fire Way Too Close To Home!
The fire broke out late afternoon. By early evening a helicopter was doing water drops using a long-line bucket. This is less than a mile past the north end of our steet. The fire is down in the valley below the ridge.
Luckily the winds had died down and were no longer fanning the flames.
