A beautiful Sunday ride, the first one Ryan came along on. There was also Warren and Don as well as myself along. We took a spur off the Ashlu main that took us into some spectacular country where the cedars where huge and long strings of moss hung from the branches.
This picture is of an old logging road bridge that has been abandoned years ago. Many of the logs it is built from were 6 to 8 ft in diameter.

This is the valley we were following. We ran out of time but next trip this way we will explore all the way to the end of the road. This is grizzly bear country.

You just can't find more pristine, spectacular country than this.
